iteria.us was founded in 2015 based on the premise that consulting companies needed to get back to the basics of serving the client’s needs and delivering quality solutions.
After spending over 25 years in the IT consulting industry, iteria.us's founder, Brian Schell, saw how the industry was changing and saw how both the software companies as well as the consulting companies were driving clients towards solutions that were cookie cutter approaches and not necessarily the best interests of the customer itself.

Brian has over 20 years experience working with the Oracle Suite of Applications. Specializing in integration points, Brian is proficient in Financials, HR/Payroll, and Manufacturing.
Brian leads iteria.us's North American Operations focused on company expansion and the Oracle Consulting Practice. His focus areas include revenue generation, practice growth, recruiting, Delivery, selling, and skills development in the Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Public Sector markets.
Ravi is an experienced Cloud Leader with a demonstrated history of helping Financials Services, Higher Eds, Public Sector, Retail and Manufacturing. With his experience, Ravi has helped numerous customers to build, implement and sustain their Cloud Business application journey.
Ravi is also skilled in Business Process, Requirements Analysis, Oracle Database, Six Sigma, and IT Strategy.
